Love LOVE LOVE this store!!!! KR Studio is the only upscale high fashion store in Rhode Island. Excellent prices and they frequently have great sales/promotions. Go to store for cute party dresses and tops, great selection of jeans like Hudson, Current Elliot, J Brand, True Religion! Also they sell really unique jewelry as well as Rhode Island’s own Alex and Ani pieces! Moreover, I love being able to shop at a store with friendly and very helpful sales gals! Check out the other location in Cranston at 1000 Chapel View Blvd. (I found the clothes and jewelry to be different there which is convient if you can’st find something at the Newport store!!)

As an established customer of Kristina Richards Studio for the past five or six years the reason that I keep returning is not only because of the wide variety of high end designer clothing but also because of the exceptional customer service. The store has an energy that not many other boutiques can compete with. Vibrant colors, beautiful jewelry and accessories and sales associates that create a relaxing and delightful retail experience, KRS is always my first stop in Newport! And now that Kristina has established a store in the new Garden City area of Cranston as well, I try and stop in when I can. In Cranston she has almost all of the same designers but completely different merchandise--it is a little less beachy than the Newport store. If you are ever in either area I would definately suggest stopping in Kristina Richards Studio and supporting the local economy of Rhode Island!

If you are a fashionista who is searching for a bit of trendy city style in a small waterfront community, then visit Kristina Richards located in Washington square. This boutique proves that good things do come in small packages. The boutique is rather tiny but Kristina sure does offer a great variety of high fashion pieces ranging from denim by designers like Seven Jeans & True Religion, to swim suits, mystique sandals, and dresses.
Kristina Richards is sure to please with its array of beautiful clothing, however be warned that the prices here are a little high, ranging anywhere from $100 to $350 plus. Also note that the service can be mixed depending on the shop owners mood, but don’st let that get in the way of finding something that surely will wow.
